Stayed before - returning customer. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Dealt with hot water issue professionally. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious shower, well-insulated and quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location. Good bus/train connections. Kind receptionists. Iron available. Lots of food places nearby. Good wifi.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

I couldn't believe how amazing this place was! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they handled a hot water issue with such professionalism. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower was so spacious and had perfect water temperature. The location was absolutely perfect for everything I wanted to do. And guess what? The room was actually a mini-apartment with a fully equipped kitchen! I could cook all my meals there and save money. Plus, it was so affordable! my stay at this place surpassed all my expectations and I will definitely be back!
